How It Started
in 2016, Getting three kids to brush their hair became a daily nightmare for mom, Liz Martin. In a moment of quirky brilliance, she morbidly plunged a hairbrush into her kid's stuffed animal, half expecting chaos to ensue. But lo and behold, magic happened – Tanglepets were born! It was like the universe conspired to turn the impossible task of detangling hair into a whimsical adventure.
In 2017, Liz took her TanglePets on the show Shark Tank and won over the queen of QVC herself, Lori Grenier. With the help of Lori, TanglePets became an overnight success!
During the pandemic in 2021, Liz chose to pause the business and focus on raising four rad kids.
